This is a private website focused on criminal defense. I call the Perl scripts that control everything, Defender, and the website that results, the Guild. They're my answer to the need for more effective collaboration among members of the defense team in complex criminal cases.

Anonymous users are entitled to Free Tools. Guests who elect to register have read/write access to the TWiki I use to hold useful tidbits of criminal law.

The remainder of the Guild is restricted so that privileged information stored there remains protected by the attorney-client privilege. Unauthorized use or disclosure of information from the private files hosted on the Guild is strictly prohibited.
